Job Summary
Part-time Youth Soccer Coach responsible for teaching ages 2–8 using Soccer Shots curriculum. Duties include arriving on time, setting up and breaking down sessions, encouraging confidence and character, and communicating with families and teachers while following safety and attendance protocols. Must reside in the St. Louis metro area with morning availability (8:30–11:30), be able to travel to locations throughout St. Charles County (O’Fallon, St. Peters, Lake St. Louis, St. Charles), and have a valid driver’s license and access to a car. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and minimum age 18 for school-based locations. Training is paid, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. Final hiring steps include a 10-minute phone interview and in-person class observation.”,
Required Qualifications
- Must already reside in the St. Louis metro area
- Must have morning availability Monday - Friday (8.30am - 11.30am)
- Must successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check and complete fingerprints through MOVECHS
- Able to travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, Lake St. Louis, and St. Charles
- Ready to start training within 7 days of interview
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicant minimum age for school-based locations is 18
- Valid driver's license + access to a car
- Active mobile phone with data plan
- Ability to model children’s soccer skills
