Job Summary
Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity during 30-45 minute sessions. Conduct soccer classes including setup, takedown, and leading groups of 10-12 kids. Utilize Soccer Shots' curriculum and teaching techniques while encouraging character development through positive reinforcement. Arrive to classes on time and commit to the full season length. Follow safety and attendance protocols and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Complete a demo session coaching a warm-up activity and observe a class during the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to coach a minimum of 2 seasons (4 months)
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have previous Soccer Experience (school, club or rec playing/coaching)
- Must be able to coach a minimum of 2 seasons (4 months)
- Energetic, reliable, organized
- Drivers license
- Access to reliable transportation (car)
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills
- Completed high school degree
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
