Job Summary
As a Youth Soccer Coach for ages 2-8, you will lead fun and safe soccer classes for groups of up to 12 children while following a structured weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, managing class rosters, and providing individual support to children. There is no prior coaching experience required, and full training, including CPR and First Aid certification, will be provided. The position allows for a flexible schedule, and coaches can achieve fast-track promotion to Lead Coach within 90 days.
