Job Summary
Conduct weekly noncompetitive soccer sessions at parks, preschools, and schools across the San Antonio area, including Schertz and New Braunfels. Manage classes of up to 12 children with a focus on fun, character building, and excellence. Commit to a full seasonal schedule, prioritizing availability for at least 3 half-days per week or 8 hours weekly. Morning, afternoon, and midday shifts are available depending on enrollment. Complete paid training to earn a competitive hourly rate and receive leadership development. Join a supportive team of 80+ coaches dedicated to positively impacting youth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
- Pass an FBI Criminal Background Check
- Fully authorized to work in the US without restriction
- Currently live in the greater San Antonio metropolitan area
- Currently certified or able to become CPR & First Aid certified
- Must be able to commit to an entire season schedule
- Must be available at least 3 half-days out of the week
- Must be available for a minimum of 8 hours a week
- Must be able to safely manage a class of up to 12 children
Desired Qualifications
- Coaching or childhood education experience
- Spanish proficiency/fluency
