Youth Soccer Coach

Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes for children ages 18 months to 10 years, set up and break down equipment, and communicate with families before and after sessions. Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for kids. Role is part-time with most coaches working 2–4 shifts per week; weekend availability a plus. Paid training (30–35 hours over ~6 weeks) with online learning and on-field coaching practice. Opportunities to grow into Mentor Coach and Site Lead roles. Training and growth are supported by ongoing on-site coaching support and additional paid opportunities (birthdays, events). Must enjoy working with young children; backgrounds of college students, education/psychology/kinesiology students, former athletes, coaches, or teachers are common. Location: Roselle, IL (USA).
