Job Summary
Support residents in daily routines and achieve goals outlined in their service plans while administering medication and taking them on activities, job searches, and volunteer opportunities. Maintain accurate record keeping for individual client files, daily data entry, and critical incidents, plus manage time sheets and expense reports. Provide daily follow-up via email and voicemail, update staff on resident status and medication, and attend bi-weekly supervision and weekly meetings. Train new staff and respite personnel as assigned. This full-time evening role (Tue–Fri, 4:00 pm–2:am) includes a $21.63 hourly wage plus $2.00 shift differential and offers health, dental, vision, life insurance, HRA, disability coverage, accrued vacation, unlimited health leave, and a 403(b) plan. A high school degree is required with a bachelor's preferred; one year of experience with at-risk youth in a residential setting is necessary.

- High school degree
- Minimum one year experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting
- Knowledge of adolescent development including mental health and substance abuse issues
- Knowledge of adolescent development including trauma
- Knowledge of adolescent development including attachment issues
- Knowledge of adolescent development including complex family dynamics
- Knowledge of adolescent development including developmental challenges
- Knowledge of adolescent development including educational issues
- Knowledge of life skills work including meal preparation
