Job Summary
The Youth Services Worker is responsible for planning, supervising, and facilitating engaging activities for children in a program environment. This position includes creating monthly activity plans, evaluating program activities, reporting on daily operations, and maintaining organized service areas. Ideal candidates will demonstrate integrity, possess great communication skills, and have experience working with a diverse population. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma and obtain First Aid and CPR certification and tuberculosis clearance shortly after employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- First Aid and CPR certification (within first fourteen days of employment – company provided)
- Tuberculosis clearance (within first seven days of employment – company provided)
- Experience working with children and/or families
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- Bilingual in Spanish
