Job Summary
Youth Services Case Manager Supervisor leads and coordinates case management services for youth in supported living and mental health housing programs, supervising Case Managers, ensuring compliance with documentation, service delivery, and regulatory standards, coordinating staff training, and liaising with DCS, Youth Villages, and other providers. Responsibilities include overseeing assessments, treatment planning, placement coordination, incident reporting, staff evaluations, on-call coverage, and supporting transitions to new homes; requires supervision experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage heavy workloads, and proficiency with computer software. The role may involve traveling to assist with case management and covering shifts when needed. A Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field and at least three years of related experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child welfare, case management, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and meet DCS provider requirements
- Proficient computer knowledge; maintain training current
- Must meet state and local requirements regarding criminal background check, sexual offender check, abuse registry, drug screening and felony listing
