Job Summary
Deliver direct care services to youth in an inpatient setting, ensuring their safety, supervision, and wellbeing while building therapeutic relationships rooted in respect and empathy. Plan and lead fun, healing activities that promote growth, trust, and resilience. Maintain a strengths-based, client-centered approach to support children and teens in Linn County through prevention, treatment, and outreach programs. Requires one year of direct experience with children, youth, or families, or an associate's degree in a related human services field. Required Qualifications
- Must be 20 years' old
- One year of previous direct experience working with children, youth, or families in a professional setting
- Associate's degree (AA) in psychology, counseling, social work, nursing, criminal justice, or a related human services field
- Completion of two years of college courses toward a BA in the related field
