Youth Resource Center Staff (Rochester, NH) PT

Create a welcoming, safe, and accessible space for all youth while building trust through trauma-informed care and compassionate, nonjudgmental support. Support young people in accessing resources such as housing, health, education, and employment, and contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in radical candor and cohesion. Assist with day-to-day operations of the center. Work alongside outreach workers, case managers, and housing program staff to provide connection and hope for youth navigating homelessness and housing instability. Fixed hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
