Job Summary
Supervise youth in a residential setting while teaching independent living and life skills. Maintain a safe, secure environment and implement behavior management strategies. Transport residents to school, appointments, court, recreation, and community activities. Prepare and document daily progress notes, and assist youth with educational and vocational goals. Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, probation officers, schools, and families. Participate in crisis intervention when necessary. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening are required.
