Job Summary
Join Burrell Behavioral Health as a Behavioral Health Technician supporting clinical staff and delivering compassionate care to children and adolescents with various mental health conditions. Responsibilities include active monitoring of patients, assisting with daily living tasks, de-escalating situations, and maintaining safety protocols. Plan and lead therapeutic activities, manage the milieu, document patient interactions, and implement treatment plans. Collaboration with mental health professionals is essential, along with providing education on psychiatric concepts and fostering resilience among patients. Ideal candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, two years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or GED with two years of relatable employment history.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Be able to obtain a Class E driver's license if required.

- Experience in Human Services or related fields preferred.
