Job Summary
Youth Programs Coach for Junior Dolphins events at Hard Rock Stadium. Part-time role responsible for assisting with on-field activities, setting up/breaking down events, running skills, drills, competitions, and games; managing event logistics including participant processing and inventory; engaging with fans and promoting game-day activations; loading/unloading and maintaining event storage; assisting with youth programs database and communications; supporting social media efforts to market events; maintaining high energy and enthusiasm while representing the organization; required to work weekends/holidays in an outdoor stadium environment; familiarity with football and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of football, preferably with experience as a player or coach
- High school diploma/GED required
- some college education preferred
- Current college students with availability to work weekends/summers are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
- Ability to work nights, long hours, weekends and holidays
- Ability to participate in manual labor and lift 100lbs
- Ability to work outside in an active environment
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, willingness to work as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial
