Youth Program Manager

Youth Program Manager role overseeing administrative tasks for counseling and case management services. Responsible for service delivery to clients and families, development and implementation of client service/treatment plans using wraparound and integrated care models, monitoring staff performance and service quality, recruiting and supervising direct service staff, staff development and cross-training, payroll and timecard approvals, and maintaining program operations including budgeting, partnerships with schools, and discharge planning. Requires supervision of social work professionals (LSW or higher), personnel and budget management experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of day treatment, PHP, Mental Health and SUD IOP programs, and ability to coordinate community resources and education/work-employment activities are expected. Excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
