Job Summary

Provide peer support services in home, community, and telehealth settings for adults with severe mental illness by promoting recovery through lived-experience sharing. Help clients build coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and community connections while maintaining timely documentation within the electronic health record. Collaborate with supervisors, clinicians, and case management staff to support individuals in identifying goals and working toward long-term wellness. Work a flexible 25-hour week with possible hybrid or remote options, utilizing a productivity incentive program and growth opportunities within a national organization.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Insurance
  • Ability to work in a community-based setting

Desired Qualifications

  • EHR experience
  • Peer Support certification issued by the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare
