Job Summary
Youth Peer Specialist provides advocacy, mentorship, and transition support to youth transitioning from residential treatment. Works with care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, support successful placements, and empower youth with life skills (employment, education, financial literacy, independence). Requires a high school diploma or GED, demonstrated lived experience with adolescent challenges, valid driver’s license, and ability to meet driving requirements; participates in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training. Based in Eugene, OR, with comprehensive benefits and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Access to reliable transportation
- Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
- Successfully participate and complete a three-part Nonviolent Crisis Intervention exam and training
