Youth Ministry Senior Coordinator

Lead coordination of Friday night youth meetings and West Side Youth events, including setup, breakdown, volunteer scheduling, worship logistics, and communications with operations teams, front desk staff, vendors, and ministry partners. Manage key administrative functions such as room reservations, Planning Center coordination, worship materials, and event support; build meaningful relationships with middle school youth through consistent presence and discipleship; provide general office administration including calendars, volunteer processes, background checks, forms, inventory, and supplies; oversee ministry spaces and event environments to ensure weekly programming and retreats run smoothly; support staffing, communications, and database updates; collaborate across Redeemer West Side teams and participate in staff trainings and Sundays worship. Qualifications include flexibility to work evenings/weekends, passion for Redeemer’s vision, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent ministry experience preferred; minimum two years of ministry-related administrative experience; strong teamwork and communication skills; comfort working in a diverse NYC community.
