Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Young Life Military program (Club Beyond) at multiple military installations worldwide, focusing on building relationships with teens, families, the installation, and chapel community; develop outreach to unchurched teens, disciple Christian teens, and recruit/equip volunteers for middle and high school ministry; adapt to high turnover among teens and families in a military context; embody incarnational, ecumenical ministry with a Christ-centered focus, leadership development, and community partnerships; require a college degree (preferred) and willingness to raise part of the budget through personal support; three-year commitment and strong relational, communication, and event-planning skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' youth ministry experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to raise part of the budget through personal support
