Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Young Life Military program (Club Beyond) on military installations worldwide, guiding incarnational, ecumenically focused ministry to military teens; build healthy relationships with teens, their families, volunteers, and the chapel community; develop outreach to unchurched teens, provide discipleship for Christian teens, and equip volunteers for hands-on youth programs while navigating turnover in a military environment; live near the ministry site and contribute to strategic partnerships, fundraising, and professional stewardship; role requires strong relational leadership, event planning, and a passionate commitment to Christ-centered youth development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' youth ministry experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to raise part of the budget through personal support
- Energetic and teachable
- Strong initiative
- Excellent communication with youths, parents, and senior military leaders
