Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute Sunday school classes, children's church, and Vacation Bible School campaigns. Manage resources, provide transportation for program participants, and lead weekly devotions for day camp. Organize registrations and fees for youth events while supporting divisional and territorial activities. Develop outreach opportunities through soup kitchens and food pantries, and assist in community center programs. Supervise assigned volunteers and summer youth participants. Maintain statistics, attend training, and drive for Christmas ministry and emergency disaster work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent of related experience
- Must conduct oneself in a manner which reflects credit on The Salvation Army, its leadership, and on the Lord Jesus Christ
- A uniform-wearing Salvationist in good standing
- willingness to soldier at the East Cleveland Corps
- Must uphold Biblical standards in personal and professional life
- fiscal support of the Corps Ministry
- Valid Driver's License
- clean driving record
- Must maintain a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- CPR & First Aid Training preferred
