Job Summary
Plan and implement daily group activities for youth ages 8-12, including school pick-ups, field trips, and special events like guest speakers and performances. Provide active supervision while establishing rapport through mentoring, guidance, and role modeling to support leadership, artistic, physical, and academic development. Submit regular lesson plans, attendance sheets, and paperwork while adhering to safety policies and attending local trainings. Work a Monday-Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends required, ensuring consistent attendance and engagement for Club Members from diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- 21 years and over
- Willing and able to drive 15-passenger vans

- Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish them in a detailed, timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Club Members, peers, parents, community leaders, etc.
- Self-motivated, and comfortable with both independent and collaborative processes
- Strong group management skills
