Job Summary
Plan and implement daily group activities for youth ages 5-12 or 13-18, transport students in Club vehicles, and ensure consistent attendance. Establish rapport with young people to provide mentoring, guidance, and role modeling while maintaining active supervision. Submit regular lesson plans, attendance sheets, and other paperwork, then plan special events like guest speakers, performances, or field trips. Adhere to safety policies and attend local trainings. Requires a high school diploma, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to drive 15-passenger vans. This role supports academic success, character, and healthy lifestyles within Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- 21 years and over
- Willingness and ability to drive 15-passenger vans
