Job Summary
Youth Mentor role providing person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Build real relationships, support participants in daily activities, assist with personal hygiene, and help participants engage in community activities and meet developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition). Requires compassion, patience, and strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance are needed. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
