Youth Mentor | Bilingual English to Spanish or Portuguese | New Bedford

Provide one-to-one, strength-based support to youth under 21 in home and community settings to address daily living, social, and communication needs. Direct time with youth on activities targeting goals from their treatment plan or Individualized Care Plan, while coaching on interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Maintain weekly phone and face-to-face consultations, provide transportation for treatment activities, and submit detailed progress reports. Collaborate with case managers, probation officers, teachers, and physicians while maintaining cultural sensitivity. Requires a high school diploma, driver's license, two years of youth experience, and bilingual Spanish or Portuguese skills.
