Youth Mentor - Before/After School Enrichment - Full Time

Conduct before and after school enrichment by finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining environments that build self-esteem. Implement and plan child-centered curriculum using positive reinforcement for behavioral management, and conduct weekly child observations to track development or behavior concerns. Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and program experience while maintaining confidentiality, and accurately maintain daily attendance records, emergency binders, and all compliant paperwork. Ensure centers are maintained with quality, organized learning materials and attend monthly team-planning meetings. Actively campaign for the Annual Campaign to develop donors and volunteers. This role supports a non-profit organization working to strengthen the Greater Philadelphia community.
