Youth Mental Health Therapist

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents while conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering crisis intervention. Maintain clinical documentation and build meaningful relationships with youth in a residential setting to ensure consistency and support. Requires full LCSW or LPC licensure with a Master's degree in social work or counseling. Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $70,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with additional incentive earning potential up to $18,000.
