Job Summary
Analyze client situations to determine required services and create individual treatment plans. Facilitate weekly treatment and educational group sessions while monitoring client behavior through daily in-person visits. Organize structured activities, conduct crisis intervention, check curfews, and provide school support. Attend client and family court proceedings to assist in supervision completion and treatment follow-through. This role supports at-risk youth and families through individual, group, and family counseling within Kenosha, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related
- reliable transportation on a daily basis
- valid driver's license
