Job Summary
Facilitate child-centered learning and character development while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for elementary school youth. Monitor and supervise program participants, reporting any health or safety hazards or suspicious behavior to your supervisor immediately. Ensure compliance with all child abuse prevention policies, including completing required training and following facility safety procedures. Work consistent weekday shifts in an inclusive team focused on youth development and equity.
Required Qualifications
- 17+ years old
- relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation
