Youth Enrichment Instructor

Provide child-centered environments that promote learning, character development, and healthy living at elementary school locations. Ensure program participants have a safe, supportive, and enriching experience while maintaining security for all attendees. Report health or safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to your supervisor immediately. Follow all monitoring and supervision procedures to keep children safe in facilities and programs. Complete required child abuse prevention training and adhere to YMCA policies. Work consistent weekday shifts in AM or PM, earning $18.50–$19.00/hr.
