Job Summary

Coordinate program staff and contractors while identifying resources for Preparation for Adult Living youth and providing follow-up services to emancipated youth. Monitor contract service delivery, maintain accurate case documentation, and provide consultation to staff, caregivers, and community groups. Ensure youth receive counseling, complete the Casey Life Skills Assessment, and attend statewide conferences, college tours, and regional meetings. Assist case managers in planning transitional living needs, participate in individual case reviews and permanency conferences, and review monthly data warehouse reports. Complete tuition and fee waiver forms and provide employment preference information to qualifying youth. Work flexible non-traditional hours under constant deadlines, requiring prioritization and the ability to work variable schedules based on program needs.
