Job Summary
Plan, implement, coordinate and supervise programs and activities for youth/teens at the Club. Facilitate programming in arts and gym, manage calendars, lesson plans, pre/post testing, roster keeping, and participation tracking. Transport youth to club locations using BGCMP vehicles. Ensure member safety and complete proper documentation. Assist with the Federal Food program as directed. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency and obtain/maintain CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification within 90 days. Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license. Knowledge of federal/state laws and Club policies; ability to manage groups; strong communication and relationship-building skills; capacity to support volunteers and future workforce needs.
Required Qualifications
