Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off scheduling to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license and certification to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
