Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and routine management for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising activities, medication administration, transportation to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple (both spouses must apply), ages 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
