Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couple will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and structure to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off duties to a steadyPlaced Houseparent role with the same student group.
