Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist (Flex Houseparents) for married couples: on-campus, full-time roles residing in student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, organize activities, lead devotions and Chapel visits, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Initial nine-days-on duty followed by transition to a Placed Houseparent; relocation to Hershey, PA required with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses applying. Salary is $46,917 per person with benefits, including housing, meals, and more.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older per spouse
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
