Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role supporting on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and monitoring student wellness, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Requires married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance provided. Verifiable experience with youth and willingness to participate in required training benefits package including medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, and housing perks.
