Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist – Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple required) at Milton Hershey School. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially you’ll support multiple homes on a fixed nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, then transition to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance provided.
