Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, supervise daily activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel services, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; benefits package available. Requires marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to certify to drive student vans. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
