Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on Milton Hershey School campus in Moraine, OH. Couples reside in on-campus homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, medications, and scheduling, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from flexible duty to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both over 27, and willing to relocate with relocation assistance; includes comprehensive benefits and housing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
