Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The position follows a nine days-on, three days-off work cycle and progresses to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
