Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students per home, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Benefits include relocation assistance, salary of $44,768 per person, and comprehensive benefits; a high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be 27+ and legally married for at least two years. Two-person, on-campus housing and student-wellbeing duties are central to the role.
