Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and coordinating Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off work cycle transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same cohort of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and paid relocation/training. Requires experience with youth, two-year marriage, age 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; role emphasizes high school completion (GED acceptable) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
