Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group.
