Job Summary
Two-person on-campus houseparent team provides daily supervision and mentorship to a large group of students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role involves a nine-on, three-off duty cycle, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required, with full benefits and housing provided; both spouses must complete separate applications. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. The position offers relocation assistance and a total compensation package with housing and meals on duty included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
