Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks a two-person, legally married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of about 813 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and can transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
