Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Plainfield, IA. Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; administer medications and ensure student wellness; drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; start on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits available; high school diploma or GED required; valid US driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications.
