Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist for Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, lead devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required, with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
