Job Summary
Two-person live-in role as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving and coordinating activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a dedicated Houseparent for a single student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, and paid training for both spouses who meet the eligibility criteria.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples (both must apply)
