Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, supporting 8–13 students with daily supervision, mentorship, and development activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and providing structured, family-like environments to foster academic, emotional, and social growth. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Proven commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
