Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and structured routines, including supervision of medications, transportation, and planning devotions and weekend chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines, student schedules, budgeting reporting, and coordinating development and recreational activities, with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle; eventual placement in a consistent home with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, weight-lift capability up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be age 27+ and legally married for at least two years. This is a unique role focused on youth development, mentorship, and campus-life supervision with a strong emphasis on values-based programming; candidates must complete separate applications for each spouse. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year married status
- Age 27 or older for both spouses

- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
